Competition

Operator: The competition is run by Wristcomp Ltd. Our contact information can be found on our website.

• Eligibility:
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees of Wristcomp Ltd., our group of companies, and anyone directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Accuracy of Details: It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information.
• Entry Process:
  • To enter, select the desired number of tickets, provide the correct answer to the skill-based question, and complete the payment.
  • Your entry is not considered valid until payment is received and you have received a confirmation from us.
  • We are not responsible for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, or not received for any reason.
• Multiple Tickets in One Order: For each order, only one answer can be selected. This single answer will apply to all tickets purchased within that specific order.
• Compliance: By entering, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any additional competition requirements detailed on the relevant competition page on our website. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that, in our opinion, does not meet these requirements.
• Payment Reversals: Your entry will be automatically canceled if any payment made by you is charged back or reversed.
• Closing Date: The competition closing date is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to extend this closing date up to three times, for a maximum total extension of 30 days.

Prizes

• Winner Selection: Within 14 days of the closing date, a winner will be randomly selected from those who submitted correct answers.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided. Prizes will be sent to the supplied postal address. If we cannot contact a winner by email or if prize delivery fails despite reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
• Prize Details: Prizes are as specified on our website. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equivalent value.
• Prize Delivery Responsibility: We do not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for prizes after dispatch. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your prize within a reasonable period after our notification email.
• International Winners: Winners outside the UK are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
• Prize Condition: Prizes are provided "as is" and do not include any promises regarding quality or suitability.

Winners

• Winner Notification and Verification:
  • Wristcomp LTD will contact selected Winners to verify their identity, age, and legal ownership of the debit or credit card used for entry.
  • If the card used was not legally the Entrant's, proof of authorization must be provided before any prize is paid or delivered.
  • Winners must provide identification and card ownership proof within five (5) days of being contacted by Wristcomp LTD. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative Winner.
• Prize Confirmation: Winners will be informed of their prize or prize options for the entered Competition. In addition to accepting the prize, Winners must provide written confirmation of their chosen prize, as detailed on the Website, within five (5) days of being contacted by the Promoter.
• Prize Delivery Arrangements: Upon verification of details, Winners will be contacted to arrange prize delivery. Winners must agree to delivery arrangements with the Promoter within seven (7) days.
• Forfeiture of Prize: Failure to comply with any stipulated time periods may result in the Promoter, at its sole discretion, invalidating the winning Entry and selecting an alternative Winner. The original Winner will forfeit the prize and have no further claims against the Promoter.
• Voided Entries and Prizes: If a player is found to have abused discount codes or entered competitions using multiple email addresses, their ticket(s) and/or prize competition win will be voided. The prize will then be awarded to the second name drawn on the list.
• Marketing and Public Relations Consent:
  • All Winners are required to provide photographs and/or videos and/or pose for photographs and/or videos taken by the Promoter or a third party upon the Promoter's request.
  • This content, along with the Winner's name and/or social media handle, may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter across various media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Promoter's website).
  • Winners consent to this use but can refuse consent in writing at any time before publication. All photographs and videos are deemed the property of the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any liability incurred by the Winner upon publication of the content.
• International Winners: Winners outside the UK are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
• Restricted Countries: Entrants from the following countries are not permitted to enter competitions, and any successful ticket purchases will be immediately refunded: Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Crimean region of Ukraine, Donetsk and Luhansk, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Mali.

Liability

  • Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes our liability for:
    • Negligence causing death or personal injury.
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    • Anything that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  • In this section, "we" includes our employees and agents.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees, or agents in the following circumstances:
    • There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you.
    • The loss or damage was not reasonably foreseeable.
    • The loss or damage is caused by you (e.g., by not complying with this agreement).
    • The loss or damage relates to a business of yours.
• Your Liability: You are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage we incur as a result of your breach of this agreement or misuse of our service. We are, however, obligated to mitigate any such losses.

General

• Competition Terms & Conditions
  • General: Our decisions regarding the competition are final. Winners are selected using RandomDraws.com, a third-party random number generator. Certificates of each draw are available upon request. No correspondence will be entered into concerning competition outcomes. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time and for any reason. In such an event, all payments made will be refunded. Consumer "cooling off" rights do not apply to this contract, as it pertains to leisure activities with a specific performance date.
  • Notices and Legalities: Unless otherwise specified, all notices under this agreement may be sent via email to your most recently provided email address. Headings in this agreement are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. Failure by either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any part of this agreement is deemed ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Third parties generally have no rights to enforce this agreement, except where expressly stated. The parties are independent contractors; this agreement does not establish any party as an agent, employee, or representative of the other, except as specifically stated.
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be exclusively decided by the courts of the United Kingdom. As a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. You may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service for any contractual disputes. This service can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms") governing your use of the Wristcomp LTD mobile message service (the "Service"), operated by Wristcomp LTD ("Wristcomp," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

• Changes to the Service and Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• Consent to Receive Messages: By opting into Wristcomp's SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Wristcomp LTD. These messages will be sent to the mobile number you provided, via your wireless provider, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
  • Service-related messages: These may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts).
  • Promotional messages: These may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
• Voluntary Participation and Costs: Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for making any purchases from Wristcomp LTD. We do not charge for the Service.   Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you are subscribed to other Wristcomp LTD mobile message programs and wish to cancel them, you will need to opt out separately by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
